Cafe Scenes from Paris

Sitting in Cafes was one of the most pleasant things we did……

Soaking in the atmosphere, warming our hearts with piping hot cafe au laits  and enjoying each others company//such soulful conversations between Matt & I…..

I, of course admired the espresso machines with the quiet stacks of white coffee cups piled on top and essential dish towels at hand.

Paris is full of inspiration where ever you turn….our second time there and we wondered why it took us so long to come back.

I do believe experiences shape us and the best souvenirs are memories that we can carry with us everywhere.

What favorite place have you been to that has inspired you?

Wishing you a day filled with love and warmth…..please do put fresh cream in you coffee or a dollop of whipped cream with nutmeg.

    Sounds wonderful!! I’m a new reader to your blog….not new to Mcmaster & storm tho. I’ve kept the article from 2008 about your place and have posted it on my inspiration board for years. I love your style and products. I wish I lived closer so I could visit your wonderful store. someday!

    Kara…I’m becoming a bit obsessed with checking to see if you have posted any new photos of Paris. Seth and I dream of going, but are quite tied down at present. I am inspired by all the ways you incorporate/include creativity into your daily life. One can never have too much beauty….
    blessings to you!

      Havilah, {Hello}

      Thank you, I have loved Paris even better the second time around. I wanted to see it more like a Parisian and not a tourist. We stayed in an apartment so we could stock things from their markets & groceries. Of course, reading others blogs helped along with someone I had connected with before the trip help out. In 2001, we went well before the influx of zillions of websites, blogs & info at the ready. I do hope to link the sites I referred to, along with some of the things we learned about traveling there.

      Your posts are always a blessing to read & you write from your heart! Thank you….
      Kara
